Win a Writing Basics Email Course for your student!

Learning to write well can be one of the most unpleasant and difficult subjects for some students. Contrary to popular opinion, good writing skills don’t always just come through reading and writing a lot. The truth is reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are all located in different parts of the brain. It’s not always easy to get all those neurons to work together!

Writing Foundations is a program that teaches kids how to write in a step-by-step manner. Ms. B. started Writing Foundations over 10 years ago after being trained as an Excellence in Writing instructor. Her desire is to take the mystery and misery out of learning to write. Currently, Writing Foundations offers a variety of venues from local co-op classes to webinars, and even courses via email.

In honor of the Never Stop Learning Giveaway, Writing Foundations is raffling a full Writing Basics Email Course, worth $225!

The Writing Basics Email Course includes 24 step-by-step lessons that cover outlining, drafting, revising, style, grammar, and punctuation. Ms. B. and her helpers provide positive comments, suggestions, corrections, and a score on every assignment. It is a great place for young, new, or struggling writers ages 10 and up to begin.
